Thank you for purchasing from Frostek. Please note that we do not issue money-back returns. However, we offer replacements on specific parts under our 30-day warranty. Below you will find details about what is covered and how to request a replacement.
30-Day Warranty Coverage
- Hex Nut Knob Attachment: If the knob attachment breaks under normal use or is defective, we will replace the entire reel free of charge. We rigorously stress-test all knobs, so they should not fail unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Rod Attachment: If the rod attachment breaks from normal use or is defective, we will replace that attachment for free. Examples of normal use include a defective eyelet guide or a rod attachment arm that snaps unexpectedly. This should not happen.
- Nut Attachment for the Reel: Should this part prove defective, we will provide a replacement free of charge.
